Welcome to our Website. If you browse our website, you automatically agree to its Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Policy. The term "You" or "Your" refers to the user of our website.

We take your privacy seriously. The information that we hold is strictly for our use. We only ever use it to process your order if you wish to buy or order something from us. We do not share your information with any third party at any time - ever.
We may collect your name/contact details, including your email address. We may collect information given to us by you when you write to us via our email contact. We may use information to improve our Website according to suggestions or your interests. The internet is not totally secure, and although we make all reasonable and physical procedures to keep your information secure, we cannot be held responsible for the security of data you send us directly.
We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic to our site. Google has always used 1st party cookies to ensure reliable tracking. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or any other personal information about you other than the information you provide us.
The items displayed on our website and any online order made via our website, remains the property of LOVINGLY MADE until we receive your payment.
Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgment to you as soon as possible.
Provided the items are ready to be dispatched, available at the specified price, your payment has been approved, we will then be able to send your order within 3-5 working days.
If sadly, an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email of the expected arrival date. If you have ordered more than one item, the rest of the order will be sent to you without waiting.
If you have made a special order or a commission piece, then we will advise you of the expected date of delivery.
We want you to be as happy as we are with buying something from our website ... But if for any some reason you are dissatisfied, we are happy to exchange or give a voucher for the value of the goods within 48 hours of delivery - THIS REFERS DIRECTLY TO "NEW/ORIGINAL" ITEMS ONLY. Please see policy regarding items described otherwise and flower policy below.
We ask that upon receipt of your order you must inform us by email within 48 hours if you are requesting an exchange or voucher to the value of the goods - we will then email you by return.
Items must be returned unused and undamaged and in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot issue an exchange or voucher to the value of your goods.
We are sorry but we cannot accept a return on an item that has been specifically ordered at the Customer's request.
When we receive the returns in the correct condition, we can then issue an exchange or voucher to the value of your goods.
If goods are faulty, then you must return them to us within 7 days, having notified us first via email, and we will examine your goods upon arrival in The Studio. If a refund is given, and f you have paid by Paypal, it is only possible to issue a refund to the original purchaser via Paypal. If you have paid by cheque, then we will send you one of our cheque's by return and obviously if it was a cash payment at the workshop, then we can give you your cash back. Card payments will be refunded accordingly.
The delivery and collection cost of postage on a return shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery and collection charges are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for goods that go missing or are damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage.
PLEASE NOTE due to the nature of our products available, any ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN DESCRIBED AS VINTAGE/PRE OWNED/PRE-LOVED/SECOND HAND/ ANTIQUE/NOT NEW/ IN ANY WAY DESCRIBED have been previously been used and therefore may show signs of wear and tear commensurate with their age and are appropriately priced accordingly - CANNOT BE RETURNED. We will state if there are any major flaws or damage to them at point of sale. If you prefer your `"items" to look brand new - then vintage or otherwise described may not meet your requirements.
We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and want you to be happy with your purchase from us and describe our items in good faith and to the best of our ability and knowledge.
We ask that in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations, you may return your "NEW/ORIGINAL" ITEMS ONLY. Please see policy regarding items described otherwise and flower policy below.
The item must be returned within 7 days of your receipt provided you have contacted us prior in writing by either letter or email, or telephoned us directly and spoken to us. We can offer you an exchange only for the value of your goods. Items must be returned unused and undamaged and in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot issue an exchange.

With all our flower orders, I will try my very best to help and advise you. You can call the Vintage Boutique by phone or pop into to see me for a chat. I make up all the floral arrangements myself, so I can tailor the prices to suit your budget.
We simply ask for a minimum of three working days notice from placing your order to delivery. Other flowers orders and arrangements for weddings, funerals or events, need a little more time to plan and make sure that they are perfect. This simply allows us time to order your fresh flowers and to deliver to your someone special - so please do call me for a free consultation, either at the workshop or by phone.
Some seasonal times like Mother's Day or Christmas needs a little extra time for orders too.
