Antique French Mirror, Faux Bamboo -Rather appealing Antique French Mirror of the Faux Bamboo style, c1890/1900C
-Good shape, hung vertically at present,
with its original mirror plate which has some lovely foxing giving it great presence and mood. -This frame has a gorgeous golden colour to it and looks incredibly elegant; it has seasoned and mellowed with age and time; albeit we love this finish. -It is a beautiful piece and would fit in any room in your home, contemporary or modern. -As with all pieces of this age there are of course, a few age related "character marks" and on close inspection you will find small old indentations, scuffs and light scratches.
-We tend to all our furniture, garden or home, we clean gently and we deliberately choose to not over polish and leave pieces as is, with their historic patina.
